We will arrive at a convenient time to conduct the quotation of your cleaning needs - we need to inspect the inside of the canopy, ducting, fan and all areas of the kitchen you would like a quote for.

On completion of the quotation you will be sent an itemised copy of the quote detailing all the items you wish to be cleaned. At this stage you can have extra items added on or removed from the quote.

We conduct our cleans 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so whenever it is convenient for you.

Once the quotation has been accepted, times and dates for the clean will be arranged.

Whilst the deep clean of your kitchen or extraction system is being conducted, 'Before and After' photos will be taken for proof of cleaning and for you to keep in your records.

Once the clean has been completed, if required we will wait for you to inspect the work to ensure that it is of the high standards that you expect.

Once payment has been made you will be sent a Hygiene Certificate showing that your kitchen/extraction system has been cleaned professionally, along with all before and after photos.

We also offer group discounts, so if you have more than one establishment then you may be eligible for a discount on the price of your cleans.

If you wish to enter into a 3-year contract with us then you can receive benefits such as free hatch installations and a discount on the price of your clean.
